Meet the Owner Wanda Fisher
All of my life I've had a deep love for all animals, especially dogs. To me they are more than man's best friend. They are family. This is one reason why I created Canine Design Salon, Spa and Resort. Although I have spent 25 years in the field of Psychology, I have always known that my love for animals is also a true passion. I am especially committed to rescue dogs. I feel strongly that it is our responsibility to be their voices and advocate for their safety.
As a protective "mother" to my 4 dogs, 3 of whom are rescues, I wanted to create a place where I would feel comfortable taking my own dogs. That's why I created this resort. It is so important to me not to just provide a safe place for dogs to stay, I also want them to be comfortable and feel loved as well.
We are different here. It's the little things that are important to me. Are they a little shy? Do they need a hug? Do they need me to sit beside them for a moment and sing a song to make them feel more secure? These are some of the things that would matter to me. I promise these things to your pets, also.
