A: Yes, we have a special link on our website so you can take a virtual tour!
Q: What if my pet has special needs?
A: We will administer medications per veterinarian's written orders.
Q: Can my dogs stay together?
A: Yes! Same family pets may stay together. There is also a discounted rate for pets using the same suite!
Q: What are the resort requirements?
A: 1. Vaccinations including Rabies, Bordetella and DHLPP
2. Flea free
3. Female dogs can not be in season
4. At least 4 months old
5. People friendly
6. Potty trained
Q: What are the pick-up/drop-off times?
A: We schedule by appointments only at the Resort and Spa. Pick-up/drop-off times are scheduled during the reservation process to help fit your needs.
Q: What is the pricing?
A: Visit our scheduling link to create a pet portal and receive an immediate estimate. All reservations and changes to reservations must be completed through your pet portal.
Q: Is there a vet on-site?
A: There is always a vet on-call for any emergencies.
